Council Website Merit Badges	: NEXT MEETING Tuesday, 5/13/08 8:15PM at St. Luke's Topic: Citizenship of the Community Tonight is a very important part of the Citizenship of the Community Merit Badge, as we are fortunate enough to have an important guest...George "Butch" Starkie, Mayor of Farmingdale. You need to also bring your scout handbook --- IMPORTANT If you haven't yet brought in your money for the following trips, please do so tonight: Steamtown: $20 White Water Rafting (6/14-15): $50 deposit per person (cost is $50 per scout, $100 for all others). Remember that ALL participants must also sign a liability release form. See Mr. Ghibaudi (or the email he sent) for more details. UPCOMING trip Steamtown 17/18 Money due for steamtown may 13.We are going to ride a train visit the locomotive shop and explore museums. We will leave the parking lot at St. Luke's at 7:00AM on 5/17 . You need money for Breakfast and lunch on saturday and you also need to bring camping gear because we are camping in Mr.Osnato's back yard. COST: $20.00 per person ATTENTION CUB SCOUT LEADERS Your Cubs Are Invited To Join Us On Select Outings Are you looking for new activities for your Cub Scout den? Troop 601 has set up special outings designed to allow Cub Scouts come along with us. It is a great way to: allow your cubs to experience a typical Boy Scout outing, work toward achieving a belt loop, or evaluate our troop for possible bridge-over. Do You See A Lot Of These Lying Around? SAVE THEM! They will help to send a boy on a kidney dialysis machine to camp. Save them and bring them to Mrs. Montenero.
